We've been very busy at Cool Text, adding new features to give you more control over your logo and deliver the best possible service. We've also added new upgraded rendering servers that generate logos over 20% faster on average.

Choose the size of your image
The logos have always been resized automatically by our servers. Over the years we've had many requests to be able to render images at an exact size. An exact size can be helpful if you're creating banner ads or menus.

You can now render images of any specific size you'd like. Make your logo tiny, huge, or anywhere in between. Or, if you'd like our servers to adjust the size automatically, just select the "auto" option for either height or width.

Now that you can have any size logo you'll need a way to position your text on the image. We've added alignment options to place your logo where you want it in the image. Center, left, right, etc. are all available to you.

Color shadows
Our shadow system has been enhanced with a new ability to change the color of your logo's shadow. You can now create a cool glow effects in any color and transparency level on most styles!

Updated Symbol browser
When using the Symbol Logo style, sometimes it can be hard to find that perfect symbol for your logo. Choosing the symbol you want is now a little bit easier - Cool Text's symbol selection page has been updated! Now each symbol has a preview on the selection page, so you no longer have to choose a category before getting to the symbols.

A drop shadow gives a logo extra flare, and often makes it look more smooth and professional. Unfortunately, only a few of our logos have had the option to add a shadow, and they gave you practically no control over how it looked.

Until now, that is!

We've added a new shadow system to Cool Text. Now most of our styles have shadows available. We've also standardized how shadows are done, so a shadow on one logo will look the same as a shadow on another if you choose the same settings.

The new shadow system has options that give you control over how your shadow looks. Control how blurry the shadow is and change it's offsets. Set to no offset to get a nice glow effect. Change the opacity to make it lighter or darker.

It may be spring, but icy winds are still blowing in here at Cool Text, freezing words into our new Iced logo style!

Create a logo with an icy feel, and customize how much ice there is, as well as the color. You can have any color of ice you like! Cover your logo completely in ice, or give it a light frosting. Also, you can change how thick the ice looks. Make your logo appear as though it is under several feet of solid ice.

Also – you can control how far the ice stretches upwards from your logo.

As always, the text color and font are fully customizable, as well as the background. Use a solid color background, or choose from one of our textures. Chrome is all the rage these days... it's a web browser, an operating system, a shiny finish to put on your tire rims or bathroom faucet, and now....there's a new Chromium Cool Text Style !

Chromium is a slick new style to give that shiny edge to your logo. The logo glows with its own brightness, which is fully customizable in color. Use one of our gradients to brighten up your logo, or pick your own color from the color chooser to give your logo the look you want. Or, if glow isn't your thing, set the glow to the background color and it'll disappear.

Chromium also has a cool sparkle effect, just in case that glow around the edge just isn't enough shine for you. The sparkles will come in the same color as the glow.

And now....sick of that silvery chrome color? The color of the chrome on your logo is fully customizable as well. If you can find it on the color spectrum, we can chrome it!
